Qualio (formerly ZenDoc) has been named the 2014 Digital/Online Startup of the Year at the recent Bank of Ireland Startup Awards, for its quality management platform that simplifies compliance for businesses in regulated industries.
Companies were recognized for their achievements across a diverse group of categories and honored for their contribution to Ireland’s continued economic development. Now in its third year, the Bank of Ireland Startup Awards aim to identify, promote and support start-up companies for the contribution and employment they bring to the economy.
The awards were a competitive process with almost 1000 companies entering the competition. A distinguished panel of judges including Entrepreneur and RTE Dragon, Gavin Duffy and Head of Enterprise Development at Bank of Ireland, Gerry Prizeman, chose the winners. Judges chose winners that displayed a clear vision for the business along with proven results and a passion for making the business a success.

Since the company was founded in 2012, it has been supported by Dublin BIC, Enterprise Ireland and NDRC Launchpad, Ireland’s top startup accelerator.
On receiving the award, Founder and CEO of Qualio, Robert Fenton said, “We are delighted to have been chosen as the Digital/Online Startup of the Year.
