Qualio Leads QMS Market with Advancements In Document Management and New Executive Leadership

Company announces unique approach to Document Management capped by new OneDrive integration, providing unprecedented flexibility and control of content.

SAN FRANCISCO, March 14, 2024 — Qualio — the trusted cloud Quality Management Solution for the entire life sciences ecosystem — today announced the addition of Chief Product Officer, Chief Revenue Officer, and Chief Customer Officer to their Senior Leadership Team. These key hires come during a year of focused product innovation in Document Management, culminating with today’s launch of an integration with Microsoft OneDrive that makes collaboration and control of content easier than ever.

“We have expanded our senior leadership team to drive product innovation and build deep partnerships with our customers across the globe.” said Robert Fenton, CEO and founder of Qualio. “Unique product advancements like our new Microsoft OneDrive integration allow us to deliver the most productive and easy-to-use QMS in the industry. We’re proud to enable hundreds of the most innovative Life Sciences companies in the world to get life-saving products to market quickly and safely."

New OneDrive integration broadens unique approach to document management

One of the biggest challenges in quality management today is the management of hundreds of documents, usually spread across many systems and locations - all requiring a controlled environment where content can be easily created and found. For quality managers, this can be one of the most complex factors in managing efficient quality processes.

With its new Microsoft OneDrive integration, Qualio solves this challenge, delivering a hybrid approach to document management that enables documents to be linked from OneDrive, uploaded in their original formats, or converted to a Qualio Doc. All methods are centralized in a single system that spans multiple document types, formats and locations. This dramatically simplifies the implementation process, eases ongoing document management, and promotes broad adoption of controlled processes across the organization.

Additionally, with Qualio’s industry-leading in-app editor, customers can build new documents with unrivaled flexibility and ease thanks to our fully native editing and collaboration features - all in a clean, uncluttered and intuitive system that’s consistently ranked the easiest to use by global eQMS customers.

“We’re very happy with Qualio’s OneDrive integration,” said Marcus Erdmann, Quality Compliance Manager at Innerspace. “It will help us integrate and easily approve existing documents from SharePoint. It’s a great new feature.”

Qualio’s latest release also includes significant advancements in managing Events and brand-new Analytics for customers to monitor QMS activity, allowing customers to drill into key system metrics, spot and fix bottlenecks, run effective management reviews, plan better resourcing, and easily determine operational health.
